He graduated with an Electrical Electronics Engineering degree from the Federal university of Technology Owerri in 1994 and has attended numerous Training. He is an alumni of PWC, NB Plc, Goldman Sachs, Conoil, UBA Plc and AITEO Energy Limited. Total Oil & Gas deals, investments and advisory executed is in excess of US$20.0Bn.

Arafat Olayinka Balogun holds a A.B in Politics & Public Affairs from Univ. of Miami and J.D (Law); M.A and an LLM (Corporate Finance & Taxation) from the Univ. of Virginia. She is licensed to practice law in Virginia and Nigeria.

Arafat has had a rewarding career in Law, Compliance and banking spanning about 25 years most of which were with UBA Group and was the pioneer Chief Compliance officer. She has expertise in corporate finance, energy finance, aviation and currently provides legal and advisory services to several local and multinational companies. Total Oil & Gas deals, investments and advisory is in excess of US$18.0Bn

Robo established and developed the IFC’s (World Bank Group) Sustainable Energy Finance (SEF) program in Nigeria for almost five years. Robo holds an MBA International Business from Brandeis University, USA and a B.Sc. degree in Agriculture from the University of Benin including being a Certified Expert in Climate & Renewable Energy Finance certificate from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Mgt, Germany.
